is not our product.
MemoryBox is designed to feel personal because it is. Your memories, notes, photos, voice recordings, favorites and saved places are stored in the app's local storage on your device. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not build an advertising profile, and we do not run third-party analytics to follow how you use the app.
When you make a backup, you decide when to create it and where to save or share the ZIP file. When you import a backup, it stays on your device. If you look up a place, Apple Maps may handle that search; MemoryBox keeps only the place details you explicitly choose to save with a memory.
Deleting a memory removes its local record and any attached media from the app. Deleting MemoryBox removes local app data unless you exported a backup first. We believe privacy should be understandable without a lawyer in the room.

They are stored in MemoryBox's local app storage on your device. MemoryBox does not upload your memories to a developer server.
How do I keep a copy of my memories?+
Use Export & Import in Settings to create a ZIP backup with your memory data and original media.
What should I include in a bug report?+
Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, your iOS version and a screenshot if one is helpful.

Yes. Email us with “MemoryBox Feedback” in the subject line. The most useful ideas often come from real daily rituals.
